In The Beginning

Wow I didn't think it would be this hard to start writing, I just sat here for ten or twenty minutes thinking about how to start. If you do not love food; I'm going to be frank, leave. You will not enjoy reading on so stop now. Why did I make this? to talk about Food? Recipes? guides and the life style which is Food? To dive in to the under ground food movement that little even know about? This is what the purpose of this blog is to enlighten you on the many aspects about food, restaurant life, and what you can do with food.

Well lets begin...

I am a Culinary student, and I work as a line cook part time, Food is my life. My English teacher would be appalled at my use of the word Food, but I don't care. Don't be scared, Its time to eat it medium rare.
